Global IT firm makes Pride Park move

IT Firm, Fortitude Nicsa Global Limited (FNG), has occupied a modern business unit based on Pride Park.

The new offices, based on Royal Scot Road, is just another addition to the continuously growing team.

Beginning their journey in 2018, FNG offers their services across the globe including the UK, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and North America. They offer 24×7 support worldwide as well as maintenance.

Oscar Heap, agency surveyor at BB&J Commercial and the agent responsible for the completed deal, said: “Once the property came to the market, there were good levels of interest, and we were quickly able to agree terms with the tenant.

“The hybrid office and warehouse space are becoming more and more popular and provides the flexibility that lots of tenants are looking for. The fact that the property is located in such a popular and well-established area always helped alongside our bespoke marketing for the premises.”
