Trading beats expectations at Games Workshop

Trading is ahead of expectations at Games Workshop, the Nottingham-based manufacturer of miniature wargames, with results outperforming last year.

In a new update the firm revealed that, for the six months to 1 December 2024, core revenue is expected to be no less than £260 million, rising from £235.6 million last year, and licensing revenue is expected to be no less than £30 million, up from £13 million.

The Group’s profit before tax, meanwhile, is estimated to be not less than £120 million, ticking up from £96.1 million.

The business’s half yearly will be released on 14 January 2025.
