East Midlands based firm Rothera Bray continues its recruitment drive with the appointment of Kendal Litherland as a consultant in the Dispute Resolution team.
With over three decades of experience, Kendal has built a nationally recognised reputation in handling professional negligence claims for claimants against various professionals including solicitors, insurance brokers, barristers, surveyors, accountants, structural engineers, architects, IFAs and SIPP operators.
His expertise extends to resolving disputes for both commercial entities and individuals, through negotiation, mediation and formal litigation.
In addition to professional negligence work Kendal also has experience of a wide range of civil and commercial disputes.
