Traces its history back to 1868 when Arthur Andrew established the practice in Leicester. This history reflects our ethos towards building long term client relationships which remain a central driver of our services. A+A is a RICS registered firm (Reg. No. 00174) which provides a regulated framework for best practice and safeguards in relation to many aspects of our work such as rules and ethics, handling of clients' money, approved valuer registration, complaints handling procedures and industry standard valuation reports.
"Our team" includes 9 Chartered Surveyors along with high calibre support staff. We are the largest commercial practice within the city. A+A runs a Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) IT system where all properties and enquiries are matched to ensure our market penetration benefits every property and every client, irrespective of which surveyor leads a project.
