31 jobs saved as Nottinghamshire engineering firm sold

Restructuring professionals from specialist business advisory firm FRP have completed the sale of Lindhurst Engineering in a deal that preserves 31 jobs.

Sutton-On-Ashfield-based Lindhurst manufactures bespoke machines and structural fabricated products for use in the utility, construction and transport sectors.

Ben Jones and Raj Mittal were appointed as joint administrators to Lindhurst Engineering Company Limited on 5 July 2023 following inflationary and cashflow pressures despite a strong order book.

Following their appointment, the joint administrators completed the sale of the business and certain assets to ECS Engineering Services Limited.
